About MEDCLAIM Services

MEDCLAIM Services is a medical billing and revenue cycle management company with 7+ years of experience. We work remotely with practices across the United States, taking on the claims, coding review, follow-up and reporting that keep revenue moving, so clinical teams can concentrate on patients.

  • 7+ years in medical billing and revenue cycle management
  • Experienced billing and coding specialists, organized by specialty
  • A dedicated account manager as your single point of contact

Why practices bring us in

Most practices that call us are not in crisis. They are busy. A biller has left, a new provider has joined, a payer has changed its rules, or the owner has noticed that A/R keeps creeping up without anyone having time to find out why. Billing work that once fit into the week has started to slip.

We step into that gap as an extension of the practice. Our team works inside the practice management system, clearinghouse and payer portals the practice already uses, follows the practice's own policies for write-offs and patient balances, and reports back in plain language on what happened to every dollar billed.

How we approach the work

  • Prevention before recovery

Most denials start at registration or coding. We look for the cause behind each denial pattern and fix it upstream instead of appealing the same problem every month.

  • Specialty-specific rules

Each specialty has its own codes, modifiers and payer edits, so claims are worked by specialists who know the rules for that specialty.

  • The practice stays in control

Your systems, logins, payer contracts and data remain yours. We work under the access you give us, and you can see everything we do.

  • Plain reporting

Monthly reports show collections, denials by reason and A/R by payer and age, with a review call to agree what to work on next.

What working with us looks like

  1. Step 1: Free billing audit

We review summary reports from your system and show you where revenue is being lost or delayed, with no obligation to continue.

  2. Step 2: Agreement and access

Scope, fees and responsibilities are agreed in writing, then your team sets up our user accounts in your systems.

  3. Step 3: Onboarding

Payer settings, open A/R and workflows are reviewed with your staff. Most practices are fully onboarded within 2 to 4 weeks.

  4. Step 4: Ongoing billing and review

Claims, payments and follow-up run daily, and your account manager meets with you monthly to review results.

What we will not do

We do not code services that are not documented, add diagnoses to raise payment, or bill patients outside the rules your practice sets. Accurate claims protect the practice in an audit, and they are what we are paid to produce.

Our website forms never ask for patient information. Before any patient data is shared, we agree with each practice the HIPAA safeguards and paperwork it requires. You can read more on our HIPAA compliance page.

Frequently asked questions

How long has MEDCLAIM Services been in medical billing?

We have 7+ years of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management, across many specialties and payer types.

Where is your team based?

Our business addresses are 5981 Petunia Pl, West Lafayette, IN 47906, and 108 James Street, Newark, NJ 07103. Billing work is done remotely inside your own systems and payer portals, so we serve medical practices across the United States.

Who will work on our account?

Experienced billing and coding specialists for your specialty, led by a dedicated account manager who is your main contact for questions and reports.

Can we start with one service instead of full billing?

Yes. Many practices start with denial management, A/R recovery or credentialing and add services later. The free billing audit is a good way to decide where to begin.
